Solution:
With recommendation from its technology partner, TechGyan, a Microsoft Certified Partner, it implemented Microsoft Windows Server 2003 for file and print services; Microsoft Exchange Server 2003 for email and shared contacts; Internet Security and Acceleration Server 2000 as its firewall and proxy server.
In addition, a wireless LAN has been implemented for laptop users using a Linksys Wireles Router which has been integrated with the Windows Server 2003.
The Microsoft enterprise technologies were implemented within two weeks. It is remarkable to note that the company does not have an in house IT team.
